2011 Annual conclusion and awards meeting of

In the afternoon of March 31, 2012, the 2011 Annual conclusion and awards meeting was held in the multi-purpose hall, it was hosted by vice president Mr. Zhaling and all staff of the company participated in the meeting.

At the beginning of the meeting, the manager of each department debriefed their work, they gave comprehensive review of their work, conscientiously summed up the experience of success, profoundly dissected Inadequacy and positively suggested the measures of improvement. Looking ahead to the work of 2012; we are full of confidence to come up with ideas and planning for development.

After seriously listened to debriefings, the president of company Mr. Song gave an important speech. He fully affirmed the hard work and achievements of the staff in the past year, at the same time, he was pleased that we could face the reality and introspect the insufficient.

Looking back on the course of Xina International traveled, he pointed out that it was time of laying foundation for the development in the past five years, the company has begun to take shape in the staffing and structure, a group of excellent employees has come forward to take responsibilities, the management system of the company has established and orderly operated, the company presents a stimulating work atmosphere. But in terms of business development efforts; corporate culture; expanding spirit; department future planning etc, there is still a way to go.

In the future, Mr. Song emphasized that our work must abide by the philosophy of steady progress, perfect system, consolidated management and continuous striving,Summing up experience; developing business ideas; creating a new foreign trade mode, effectively advancing the company’s business to a new level.

Looking to the future, Mr. Song encouraged us to establish determination of not let clouds block our sight and seize the opportunity to lay the basis for development. All the staff should struggle for the ambitious goals of operating department as company, company as group based on the innovative system, simulative mechanism and the core of scientific management.
