On January 17, 2013, all the staff of Xina international began a 6-day visit to Cambodia.

All of us assembled at the airport at 6:30 a.m. on January 17, and then departed from Hefei by planewith stopover in Kunming airport, arrived finally at Siem Reap, where Angkor Wat is located.  It was evening already when the flight arrived in there. After the dinner, everyone took pictures in the hotel and had a great longing for the continued journey.

Cambodia, an ancient land where famous Angkor Wat is located, is studded with row upon row of temples. Mr. Chow, the tour guide, told many stories of Cambodian myth. With his guidance, we visited places of interest such as Baphuon, Terrace of Elephants, Suor Prat Towers, and Khmer smile in Bayon.  Angkor wat is the best-preserved temple in Angkor monuments. The amazing embossment, around the corridors, caused us to embrace the greatness of Angkor dynasty at that time. The sculptures of red buildings in Banteay Srei were to be the finest ever created. There were coming and going of ships, and unique water villages on the Tonle Sap Lake, the fresh water lake in Southeast Asia. When the sun was settingthe following steps of Angkor Tower on the Phnom Bakheng were filled with people. Facing the same direction, everyone was looking forward to the perfect moment of Phnom Bakeng. Pre Rup, Ta Prohm, Neak Pean, Roluos Group also gave us a taste of history that Cambodia once owned.

On the fifth day in Cambodia, we arrived in Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia, and then visited world-famous Independence Monument, and resplendent holy Palace. In the boat on Mekong River, we were enjoying inviting views, eating fruit, and having nice chats.

The 6-day traveling of gave us a taste of exotic culture, spiritual wealth of ancient civilization, and a harvest of extending vision, even we were tired for it.
